The company is committed to open‑source principles where applicable, and we actively contribute to the AI research community through our fine‑tuned models and technical reports (released under Apache 2.0). AtlasFlux AI ("the Platform") is a service operated by RAINSPEED LABS SOLUTIONS (Reg. No. 202603148143 / 003857582-W) ("the Company", "we", "us") that provides access to large language models (LLMs), image generation models, video generation models, music generation models, and other generative artificial intelligence tools via application programming interfaces (APIs) from third‑party providers, including but not limited to OpenRouter, Replicate, and WaveSpeed. While the Company endeavors to ensure that the outputs are as accurate and helpful as possible, the Company explicitly disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the correctness, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or safety of any content generated by the AI models. Generative AI systems are inherently probabilistic and may produce outputs that are factually incorrect, misleading, biased, or otherwise inappropriate (commonly referred to as "hallucinations").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • No Professional Advice. The responses generated by the AI do not constitute professional advice of any kind, whether legal, medical, financial, technical, or otherwise. You should not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for consultation with a qualified human professional. Any decisions you make based on such outputs are entirely at your own risk.
  • User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of any information or content obtained through the Platform before using or acting upon it. This includes checking facts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and respecting the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Output Licensing & Copyright. AI‑generated content may be subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights according to the laws of your jurisdiction and the licensing terms of the underlying AI model. It is your responsibility to review the specific license for each model you use and to comply with any attribution or usage restrictions. AtlasFlux AI does not transfer ownership of any copyright in the outputs; you obtain a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use the generated content solely as permitted by the original model license.
  • Disclaimer of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, together with any affiliates, agents, or licensors, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or reliance on any AI‑generated output, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, AtlasFlux, and its service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
  • Acceptance of Terms. Your continued use of AtlasFlux AI constitutes your acceptance of this disclaimer and the full Terms and Conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Welcome to AtlasFlux AI ("the Platform"), a service operated by RAINSPEED LABS SOLUTIONS (Reg. No. 202603148143 / 003857582-W) ("the Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform at ai.atlasflux.my, ("the Website"), or by registering for an account, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

AtlasFlux AI is a service that aggregates and orchestrates access to multiple artificial intelligence models via third‑party APIs. The Platform offers chat functionality, file analysis, AI image generation, music generation, audio separation, voice cloning, video generation, and a suite of free text tools. The service operates on a unified credit system: each user receives a daily allotment of free credits, and additional credits may be purchased or earned through promotions. The Platform automatically selects the most suitable AI model for each request, prioritizing free models where possible, and may fall back to paid models when necessary. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the digital consent age in your country, whichever is higher) to create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use. AtlasFlux AI may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, submit, or generate. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: (a) generating or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy; (b) attempting to circumvent any security features or technical limitations of the Platform;© using automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service without express permission; (d) interfering with the operation of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure; (e) uploading malicious code or any material that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform; (f) exploiting the credit system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to obtain referral bonuses. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account in accordance with the Ban Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform's software, design, logos, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any original content you input into the Platform. AI‑generated outputs are subject to the license terms of the respective underlying model. Unless otherwise stated, you are granted a limited, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non‑commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Credit System and Payment

The Platform uses a virtual credit system. Free daily credits are provided at the Company's discretion and may be revoked or modified at any time. Purchased credit packs and image bundles are one‑time payments processed via Stripe. All payments are non‑refundable except as set forth in the Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party;© any content obtained from the Platform; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. The Company's total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid the Company, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Modifications to the Terms

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the Company's sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Platform.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

9. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Platform. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Third-Party Licenses

AtlasFlux AI integrates artificial intelligence models from various third‑party providers, including but not limited to OpenRouter, Replicate, and WaveSpeed. Each model is subject to its own license terms and usage policies. Some models may require attribution, prohibit commercial use, or impose specific restrictions on derived works.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information: When you register an account via Clerk, we collect your name, email address, and a unique user identifier (clerk_id). We do not receive or store your password.

2.2 Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your device and how you interact with the Platform, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referral URLs, pages visited, timestamps, and the duration of your sessions. We also log prompts you submit and the resulting AI responses for service improvement and debugging.

2.3 Payment Information: All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full credit card details. Stripe provides us with a payment token and limited metadata (e.g., last four digits of card, card brand).

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform, including personalized features.
- To process transactions and manage your credit balance.
- To communicate with you, including service updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- To monitor and analyse usage trends to enhance the AI model selection and overall user experience.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and other harmful activities.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as responding to lawful requests from public authorities.

We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those disclosed without obtaining your consent, unless required or permitted by law.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal bases for processing your personal data are:
- Contractual necessity: To perform our obligations under the Terms (e.g., providing the chat service).
- Consent: Where you have given clear consent for specific purposes (e.g., opting into marketing communications).
- Legitimate interests: To improve and protect our Platform, provided these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
- Legal obligation: Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. We may share your information with the following service providers who help us operate the Platform, each bound by strict data protection agreements:

- Clerk: User authentication and management.
- Supabase: Database hosting for chat history, logs, and credits.
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- OpenRouter, Replicate, WaveSpeed: AI model inference (prompts are forwarded to these providers).
- Tavily, Scrape.do: Web search functionality for DeepSearch and Research Mode.
- Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure.

We may also disclose your data if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AtlasFlux, our users, or the public.

6. International Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where our service providers maintain servers. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, such as relying on adequacy decisions (e.g., EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or implementing Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Chat history and generated content are stored until you delete your account, after which they are permanently erased within thirty (30) days. Credit and transaction logs are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for accounting and legal purposes. When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

8. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Right of access: Obtain confirmation as to whether and what personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to exceptions).
- Right to restrict processing: Request limitation of how we use your data.
- Right to data portability: Receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine‑readable format.
- Right to object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the contact form. We will respond within thirty (30) calendar days. If you are in the EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of thirteen (13) (or the applicable digital consent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take prompt steps to delete such information and terminate the account. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. If the changes are material, we may provide you with additional notice (e.g., a banner on the website or email notification). Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds for paid credits and bundles may be issued, and how we handle failed operations and disputes. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.

1. Automatic Refunds for Failed AI Operations

If an AI chat request, image generation, or other tool invocation fails due to backend errors (e.g., all attempted models return an error), the credits deducted for that specific operation will be automatically refunded to your account balance. This applies to all modes including standard chat, Coding Mode, Reasoning/BigT, DeepSearch, and Research Mode. For multi‑step operations like DeepSearch, the additional credit surcharge for the search phase is refunded if the search component fails. No manual refund request is needed; you can verify these automatic refunds in your Credit Logs.

2. Purchased Credit Packs and Bundles

All purchases of credit packs and image bundles are one‑time, non‑recurring payments. Once the purchased credits or image generations are successfully added to your account balance, the transaction is considered final, and no refund will be issued, except in the case of a verified technical error where the items were not delivered within fifteen (15) minutes of the successful payment. If you experience such a delivery failure, you must contact us immediately via the contact form, providing your transaction ID, so we can investigate. If we are unable to manually credit your account, a full refund will be processed.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment with your card issuer or bank without first contacting us to attempt resolution, your AtlasFlux AI account will be immediately and permanently suspended. All remaining credits (free, bonus, or purchased) will be forfeited, and you may be prohibited from creating a new account. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us first to resolve any billing concerns.

4. No Refunds for Policy Violations

If your account is suspended or permanently banned due to a violation of the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Ban Policy, you are not entitled to any refund of credits or payments, regardless of the source of those credits. Violations include, but are not limited to, generating prohibited content, abuse of the credit system, or engaging in illegal activities.

5. Cancellation of Account

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, any remaining credits are lost and will not be refunded. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
Pay-As-You-Go Terms

These Pay-As-You-Go Terms supplement the general Terms and Conditions and govern the use of the MYR Wallet and Pay-As-You-Go services on AtlasFlux AI. By topping up your MYR Wallet or using MYR-based services, you agree to these additional terms.

1. The MYR Wallet

The MYR Wallet is a virtual stored-value facility that allows you to pre-load Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) funds for use with certain image and video generation models on the Platform. The Wallet is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and funds held are not insured or protected by any deposit guarantee scheme. The Company does not act as a trustee, fiduciary, or escrow agent with respect to Wallet balances.

2. Topping Up Your Wallet

You may add funds to your MYR Wallet using the payment methods made available on the Platform. The minimum top-up amount is RM 5.00, and the maximum single top-up is RM 500.00. Top-ups are processed securely via our payment processor, Stripe, and you are subject to Stripe’s terms of service. Invoices for successful top-ups are sent to the email address associated with your account and may be re-sent upon request. Top-ups are non‑refundable once the funds have been credited to your Wallet, except as set forth in Section 5 (Technical Errors).

3. Spending Your Balance

When you use a MYR-priced AI model, the displayed price (in Ringgit Malaysia) is locked in at the time you confirm the generation. The corresponding amount is deducted from your MYR Wallet immediately. If your Wallet balance is insufficient to cover the quoted price, the request will be rejected and no deduction will occur. The Platform does not offer credit facilities, and you cannot spend beyond your available Wallet balance.

4. No Withdrawals or Refunds

Except where required by law, you do not have the right to withdraw, transfer, or request a refund of any portion of your MYR Wallet balance. Funds loaded into the Wallet are intended to be consumed through usage of the Platform and hold no cash redemption value. Any remaining balance upon account closure is forfeited and will not be returned.

5. Automatic Refunds for Technical Errors

If an image or video generation fails due to a technical error (for example, all available models return an error, or the Platform is unable to deliver the generated content), the MYR amount deducted for that operation will be automatically refunded to your Wallet. This is the sole circumstance under which a refund will be issued. You can verify such refunds in the Billing section of your Account.

6. Pricing Transparency

All MYR prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of service fees and are the final amount you will pay. Prices are subject to change, but any change will not affect a transaction that has already been confirmed. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the MYR Wallet or any related service, including but not limited to unauthorized access to your account, technical interruptions, or the failure of any generation request. In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount of MYR you loaded into your Wallet in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, including a violation of the Terms or Ban Policy, access to your MYR Wallet will be revoked and any remaining balance may be forfeited. You will not be entitled to a refund of any unused balance in such cases.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Company may modify these Pay-As-You-Go Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, if material, notified to you via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the MYR Wallet after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This policy governs the automated content moderation on AtlasFlux AI. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these rules. We reserve the right to block prohibited content at our sole discretion.

1. Prohibited Content

  • Generating images that contain explicit sexual material, nudity, or pornography.
  • Creating, sharing, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors. Such activity will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
  • Generating content that glorifies violence, gore, self‑harm, or cruelty.
  • Generating hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
  • Any other content that the Company, in its sole judgment, deems inappropriate for the Platform.

2. Automated Moderation

All image generation requests (including reference images and outputs) are screened by an automated NSFW detection system. If a violation is detected, the generation is blocked immediately, no MYR funds or credits are consumed, and the attempt is logged. Repeated violations will be logged but do not result in account suspension or termination. The Platform does not issue warnings or impose temporary bans; only the specific generation request is rejected.

3. No Account Suspension

AtlasFlux AI does not suspend or terminate accounts for generating prohibited content. Users may continue using the Platform normally, but any future attempts to generate prohibited content will continue to be blocked. We believe in content blocking rather than punitive account actions.

4. Appeals Process

If you believe a generation was blocked in error, you may contact us via the contact form with the details of the request. We will review the moderation decision manually and adjust our detection thresholds if necessary.

5. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised policy.

We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and creative environment for everyone. 1. Be Respectful and Kind

Treat others with respect. Harassment, hate speech, offensive language, or personal attacks are not tolerated. Disagreements are fine, but always remain civil. Constructive criticism is welcome; destructive or demeaning comments are not.

2. Share Original and Appropriate Content

Only share content you have the right to distribute. Do not post copyrighted material, explicit images, graphic violence, or any illegal content. Generated outputs should be appropriate for a general audience. If you share work derived from another creator, give proper credit where applicable.

3. No Spam or Self-Promotion

Do not flood the feed with repetitive content, unsolicited advertisements, or excessive self-promotion. Share your best work, not every iteration. Promotional content is allowed only in designated areas, if any, and must not disrupt the community experience.

4. Respect Privacy

Do not share other people's personal information without their consent. This includes real names, addresses, private conversations, or any identifying details. Respect the privacy of all community members.

5. Report, Don't Retaliate

If you see something that violates these guidelines, use the Report function or contact us. Do not engage or retaliate publicly. We will review reports and take appropriate action.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these guidelines. Decisions are made at our discretion, and repeat violations may lead to permanent suspension. We may also cooperate with law enforcement in cases of illegal content.

AI Image Generation & Copyright

1. Ownership and Licensing of Outputs

You retain ownership of the text prompts you provide. The copyright status of AI‑generated images varies by jurisdiction and depends on the creative involvement of the user. In many jurisdictions, works created entirely by a machine without human authorship may not be eligible for copyright protection. AtlasFlux AI does not claim any copyright or ownership over the images you generate, but we also do not guarantee that the images are free of third‑party rights. The underlying AI models are provided under licenses that may impose specific restrictions on commercial use, attribution, or redistribution. It is your sole responsibility to check and comply with the license terms of the model used. We recommend you consult a legal professional familiar with copyright law in your jurisdiction before using generated images for commercial purposes.

2. Prohibited Image Content

You may not generate images that:
- Contain explicit sexual material, nudity, or pornography.
- Depict the sexual exploitation of children (CSAM) or sexualize minors in any way.
- Glorify violence, gore, self‑harm, or cruelty.
- Promote hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
- Violate any applicable law or the intellectual property or publicity rights of any third party (e.g., deepfakes of real individuals without consent).

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of AI‑generated images.
Data Rights, Memory & Export

This section explains how AtlasFlux AI handles your personal data, what control you have over it, and how you can export, import, or delete your information. We are committed to full transparency and compliance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

1. AI Memory – How the AI Learns About You

When you enable the 'Automatic Memory' feature in your preferences, AtlasFlux AI may extract factual statements from your conversations (e.g., 'I work as a software developer', 'I prefer concise answers') and store them as 'memories'. These memories are used solely to personalise the AI's responses in future chats. They are not shared with any third party and are only accessible to you. You can view all stored memories in the Account → Memory section. You may delete individual memories or clear all memories at any time using the 'Clear All Memories' button. Deleting memories does not affect your chat history.

2. Importing Memory from Other Platforms

You can import conversation data from other AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude) to teach AtlasFlux AI about you. To do this, upload a JSON or TXT file containing your conversation history in the Account → Memory section. The system uses an AI model to automatically extract factual statements from the file and add them to your memory. The original file is processed temporarily and not stored permanently. You retain full ownership of the imported data, and you can delete imported memories at any time.

3. Auto-Share to Community

If you enable 'Auto-Share to Community' in your preferences, any AI-generated image or video you create will be automatically posted to the public Community Feed. The post includes the prompt you used, the model and settings, and thumbnails of any reference images. Your username and avatar will be displayed alongside the post. You can disable auto-share at any time; this will not remove already-shared posts (you must delete them manually from your profile). Posts shared to the community are visible to all users and may be recreated by others using the 'Recreate' button. We recommend reviewing our Community Guidelines before sharing.

4. Full Data Export

You have the right to request a complete archive of all your personal data stored on AtlasFlux AI. This includes your profile information, all chat sessions and messages, generated images and videos, music, voice clones, audio separations, AI memory facts, and all tool histories. To request a full export, go to Account → Privacy & Data → 'Request Full Export'. A download link will be generated and sent to your registered email address. The link expires after 48 hours for security reasons. The export is provided as a structured JSON file. You may request a new export at any time; previous links will be invalidated.

5. Chat Export (Atlas Key)

You can export only your chat history (sessions and messages) without other data. When you initiate a chat export from Account → Privacy & Data → 'Export Chat Only', the system generates a unique one‑time key in the format ATLASFLUX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. This key is shown to you exactly once on the screen, and a copy is also sent to your email as a backup. The key is tied to the exported file (protected by a SHA‑256 hash) and can only be used for a single import. It expires after 48 hours. You cannot import the chat back into the same account that created the key; it is intended for transferring chat data to a different AtlasFlux account. You can view a masked version of your past export keys (e.g., ATLASFLUX-****-****-****) in the 'Export Key History' panel, along with their creation, expiry, and usage status.

6. Importing Chat (Using Atlas Key)

To import a previously exported chat into your account, you need two things: (a) the JSON file from the original export, and (b) the Atlas Key that was generated with that export. Go to Account → Privacy & Data → 'Import Data'. Upload the JSON file and enter the key. The system verifies that the key is unused, unexpired, and originates from a different account (or at least not from the same account). It then validates the file hash to ensure integrity. Once validated, all chat sessions and messages are imported into your account. After a successful import, the key is marked as used and cannot be reused. Imported chats merge with your existing sessions; no existing data is overwritten.

7. Deleting All Chats

You have the option to permanently delete all your chat sessions at once. This action is irreversible. To do so, go to Account → Privacy & Data → 'Delete All Chats'. You will be asked to confirm. After confirmation, all chat sessions and messages are erased from our databases. This does not affect your AI memory, generated images, or other tool data. Deleted chats cannot be recovered.

8. Deleting Your Account

You may request permanent deletion of your entire account at any time from Account → Privacy & Data → 'Delete Account'. Account deletion is not immediate: it follows a 30-day grace period. During this period, your account is suspended (you cannot log in or use any services), and a confirmation email is sent to you. You can cancel the deletion by contacting support within those 30 days. If you do not cancel, after 30 days all your personal data – including profile, chat history, memories, generated media, and all tool records – will be permanently erased from our systems and cannot be restored. Please note that any content you shared publicly in the Community Feed may remain visible even after account deletion, as it is considered published; however, you can manually delete your community posts before requesting deletion.

9. Your Legal Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including Malaysia's PDPA and the EU GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data: (a) Right to access – obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and request a copy; (b) Right to rectification – correct inaccurate or incomplete data;© Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten') – request deletion of your data, subject to exceptions; (d) Right to restrict processing – limit how we use your data; (e) Right to data portability – receive your data in a structured, machine‑readable format; (f) Right to object – object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the contact form. We will respond within thirty (30) calendar days. If you are in the EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Data Retention Periods

Chat history and generated content are stored until you delete your account, after which they are permanently erased within 30 days. Credit and transaction logs are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for accounting and legal purposes. AI memory facts are stored until you delete them individually or clear all memories, or until account deletion. Exported files (chat exports) are stored temporarily for 48 hours and then automatically deleted. We do not retain copies of your imported memory files after processing.

11. Newsletter Subscription

AtlasFlux AI offers an optional email newsletter to keep you informed about new AI models, platform features, special offers, and important announcements. You may subscribe to the newsletter by providing your email address via the subscription form on our website or within your account preferences.

Data Collected: Only your email address is collected for newsletter purposes. No additional personal data is required.

Lawful Basis: We process your email address based on your explicit consent, which you provide when you subscribe. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

How to Unsubscribe: Every newsletter email contains a clear and functional "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. Additionally, you can manage your subscription status from the Account → Preferences page (if logged in), or by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any newsletter email. Unsubscribing will immediately stop all future newsletter communications, but does not affect your ability to use the Platform.

Third‑Party Services: We use Resend to deliver our newsletters. Resend acts as our data processor and is contractually bound to protect your email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your email address is not sold, rented, or shared with any other third party for marketing purposes.

Retention: If you unsubscribe, your email address is marked as inactive but may be retained in our suppression list to ensure you do not receive further emails. You may request complete deletion of your email address from our newsletter database by contacting us.

Right to Object: You have the right to object to receiving marketing emails at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided.

Apache 2.0 License

The fine‑tuned model rainspeed/atlasflux‑qwen‑7b‑1.0 and its associated technical report (including the research paper, dataset, and training scripts) are made available under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

You may use, modify, and distribute the model and report for any purpose, including commercial applications, provided that you include the original copyright notice, disclaimers, and a statement that changes were made.
