Add-on Credits Terms

Credits are virtual usage units used across Chat, Agent, AI Image, Video, and paid tools. One Credit represents RM0.01 of usage value for pricing purposes. Credits are not money, a bank account, a deposit, or an investment; they do not earn interest and are not protected by a deposit guarantee scheme.

You may buy custom Add-on Credits from RM10.00 to RM500.00 using payment methods made available through Stripe. Every sen successfully paid adds one Credit. All Add-on Credit purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

Billable models display an estimated Credit cost. For supported generation jobs, Credits are reserved before provider execution and captured after success; a failed or blocked job releases the reservation. Requests are rejected when the available Credit balance is insufficient, and you cannot spend beyond that balance.

Except where required by law, Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside the Platform. Add-on Credits are intended only for Platform usage. Any treatment of remaining Credits on account closure is governed by the Terms and Refund Policy.

If a supported image or video generation fails or is blocked before completion, reserved Credits are released automatically. This restores usage units; it is not a cash refund.

One Credit represents RM0.01 of usage value. Model Credit estimates include the Platform pricing applied at confirmation and may change for future requests when provider costs or settings change. A completed transaction is not repriced retroactively.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for loss arising from the use or inability to use Credits, including unauthorized account access, technical interruptions, or failed generation requests. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Add-on Credits in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If your account is suspended or terminated, access to Credits may be restricted or revoked in accordance with the Terms, Ban Policy, applicable law, and Refund Policy. Policy violations do not create a right to cash redemption of unused Credits.

The Company may modify these Add-on Credits Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, if material, notified through the Platform or by email. Continued purchase or use of Add-on Credits after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
