AtlasFlux AI ("the Platform") is a service operated by RAINSPEED LABS SOLUTIONS (Reg. No. 202603148143 / 003857582-W) ("the Company", "we", "us") that provides access to large language models (LLMs), image generation models, video generation models, music generation models, and other generative artificial intelligence tools via application programming interfaces (APIs) from third‑party providers, including but not limited to OpenRouter, Replicate, and WaveSpeed. While the Company endeavors to ensure that the outputs are as accurate and helpful as possible, the Company explicitly disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the correctness, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or safety of any content generated by the AI models. Generative AI systems are inherently probabilistic and may produce outputs that are factually incorrect, misleading, biased, or otherwise inappropriate (commonly referred to as "hallucinations").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• No Professional Advice. The responses generated by the AI do not constitute professional advice of any kind, whether legal, medical, financial, technical, or otherwise. You should not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for consultation with a qualified human professional. Any decisions you make based on such outputs are entirely at your own risk.
• User Responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, together with any affiliates, agents, or licensors, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or reliance on any AI‑generated output, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, AtlasFlux, and its service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
• Acceptance of Terms. Your continued use of AtlasFlux AI constitutes your acceptance of this disclaimer and the full Terms and Conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
